Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
