Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or promotions.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Pre-Orders (PRE-6 & PRE-7 Honey Packets)

Some products, including the PRE-6 and PRE-7 Honey Packets, are currently offered as pre-orders.

  • Pre-order items are not shipped immediately.

  • Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be provided on the product page or via email when available.

  • Shipping timelines for pre-orders are subject to change due to production, packaging, or fulfillment updates.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that shipment will occur at a later date once the product is ready.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Delays

Amped Upp Honey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ampedupphoney@gmail.com so we can assist you.
